Adairsville Shooting Suspect Captured In North Georgia
BREAKING: Kristy Lynn Davis was found Wednesday evening in the wood line near some apartments in Ringgold.

ADAIRSVILLE, GA — The Adairsville Police Department said the third and final suspect wanted in connection to the May 7 shooting outside a convenience store has been arrested. Detectives with the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office arrested Kristy Lynn Davis around 5:30 p.m. May 9 in Ringgold, the police department said early Wednesday evening.
Davis was found in the wood line beside some apartment units on Menton Lane, Adairsville police said. Davis is charged by Adairsville police with aggravated assault and party to a crime of aggravated battery, criminal attempt to commit armed robbery and aggravated assault by discharging a firearm within a vehicle towards a person, the Police Department said Wednesday.

Two additional suspects, Destany Marie Schubert, 20, of LaFayette, and Michael Sean Conner, 25, of Sparta, Tennessee, were both arrested Monday in connection to the shooting reported around 2:30 a.m. May 7 at QuikTrip at 961 Highway 140 NW. The victim, identified as Clearwater, Fla., resident Jonathan Michael Meyer, 30, was found shot inside a truck. He was transported to a hospital for treatment.

Conner, who was arrested in Marion County, Tennessee, following a police chase of a stolen vehicle, is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery, criminal attempt to commit armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, aggravated assault by discharging a firearm within a vehicle towards a person.
Schubert, who is housed at the Bartow County Jail, is charged with aggravated assault and party to a crime of aggravated battery, criminal attempt to commit armed robbery and aggravated assault by discharging a firearm within a vehicle towards a person.

Sheriff’s Office, G.B.I., A.T.F. and the U.S. Marshals Office for their assistance in the investigation and the apprehension of these subjects," Adairsville police added. "Please continue to pray for the victim and his family."
