*Sekere ( sha-ka-ray) is an African percussive instrument made from a gourd strung with beads. Our workshop helps you develop and build your playing technique, rhythms and learn the language of Sekere. Workshop includes weekly physical warmup, technique, development of 2/3.44/4.6/8 and other African Diasporic Rhythms.
