Over the weekend, Atlanta Hawks Center, Dewayne Dedmon, helped ensure that Atlanta families did not go without food this Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving with the Hawks comes on the heels of “Giving Tuesday” which takes place Tuesday, November 23. The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is encouraging others who have the desire to give, to donate to the Y at on Tuesday via www.ymcagives.org

Doing so helps the YMCA fulfill a valuable role in underserved communities throughout the metro Atlanta area.
