In addition, Brownlee and Givhan will delve into the Detroit native’s first solo book β€œThe Battle of Versailles: The Night American Fashion Stumbled in the Spotlight and Made History,” which goes behind the scenes of a legendary 1973 fashion show and fundraiser featuring American and French designers at Versailles palace.
