Spelman College Museum of Fine Art hosts Community Day

The family event will be a fun-filled exploration of the museum's current exhibition Maren Hassinger . . . Dreaming.

The Spelman College Museum of Fine Art will host Community Day, Saturday, April 18, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. The family event will be a fun-filled exploration of the museum’s current exhibition Maren Hassinger . . . Dreaming. Participants of all ages are invited to attend make-and-take art workshops, go on interactive tours, receive giveaways from local cultural institutions, and more. The Community Day schedule is as follows:

1 p.m. – 4 p.m. Make-and-Take Art Workshop

1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Face Painting

1 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Family Yoga in the Museum

1:30 p.m. – 2 p.m. Sweet Blackberry Screening: Garrett’s Gift
