1 Shot, 1 Charged In Cumming Road Rage Incident
A man's truck suffered glass damage, and the fragment of the bullet went into a man's arm.

CUMMING, GA — A man was shot, and another man was arrested, after a road rage incident Monday morning on GA-400 southbound, authorities said Tuesday.
The road rage began around 8:15 a.m., when a man blew his car horn at a man who was driving a white Toyota slowly in the fast lane. Forsyth County authorities identified the Toyota driver as Joshua Kasparek, 31.
The man confessed to authorities he was following Kasparek too closely, authorities said. The man passed Kasparek's car and continued driving southbound.

Kasparek was accused of following the man and shooting at his truck between exits 13 and 14. The driver's side door of the truck had glass damage, and a fragment of the bullet went into the man's arm, authorities said.
After the shooting, the man tried to follow Kasparek but lost the Toyota at Pendley Road, authorities said. The man pulled over and called 911, giving dispatch a description of the Toyota.

The Toyota was located, and Kasparek was arrested, authorities said. It was later discovered that Kasparek has a family violence order against him, prohibiting him from buying and owning a firearm or ammunition, authorities said.
Kasparek was charged on suspicion of aggravated assault, reckless conduct and violation of a family violence court order, authorities said. He is being held in the Forsyth County Jail with no bond.
