64,000 Pills Grabbed In Forsyth County Drug Bust
Three types of drugs that are frequently abused, including one opioid pain medicine, were seized and a Forsyth County man was arrested.

CUMMING, GA — More than 64,000 pills were confiscated by law enforcement in a recent Forsyth County drug bust, authorities said.
Forsyth County narcotics detectives, working with federal agencies, arrested Jeffrey Measor on five counts of distribution of Schedule IV controlled substances and two counts of possession of Schedule IV controlled substances.
Evidence showed that Measor was being shipped boxes of Tramadol, Alprazolam and Carisoprodol from outside the United States, the sheriff's office said in a news release.

He then repacked the drugs and redistributed them to more than 230 customers across the country, the release said.
Tramadol is an opioid pain medication. Alprazolam is sold under the brand name Xanax and is used to treat anxiety disorders. Carisoprodol is marketed under the brand name Soma and is a muscle relaxer.

All three of the drugs are frequently abused.
The sheriff's office said the 64,000 pills were confiscated in three separate seizures.
