CUMMING, GA β A Cumming man was killed Sunday when the all-terrain vehicle he was driving rolled off of an embankment.

Bolding apparently misjudged his clearance in regard to an embankment, said sheriff's office spokesman Epifanio Rodriguez.
The right side tires of the ATV dropped over the edge, causing the vehicle -- a 2009 Polaris Sportsman 550 -- to roll to the right and flip over.

The ATV came to rest on its left side at the base of the roughly three-foot embankment, trapping Bolding underneath, Rodriguez said.
