Development Underway at New Cumming Active Adult Community

Construction has begun on the first structure at The Orchards of Stoney Point, a new active adult community from The Orchards Group in Cumming. The grand clubhouse, which is the hub of social activity at all of The Orchards Group’s communities, is now under construction. In addition, construction is set to being on the model homes in early September.

As the central meeting place for homeowners, it’s appropriate that that clubhouse is the first building to be under construction at The Orchards of Stoney Point. From the day the first residents move in to the community, they will have access to the grand clubhouse, which offers a large gathering room with a fireplace and flat screen television, fitness center, sitting room and spacious kitchen. In addition, right outside of the clubhouse will be a sparkling saltwater swimming pool.

These homes will be complete and open for touring in mid-December. The remaining three model homes will features the Cypress, Dogwood and Birch plans, which are master-on-the-main townhome villas from the Arbors Collection. These three homes are scheduled to be complete in early January.
