Fast-growing Lennar Atlanta Adds Three New Home Consultants

Lennar Atlanta welcomes three new home consultants to its staff: Alicia Sipsy, Donna Brown and Anne Kriebel.

Lennar Atlanta, the fast-growing division of Lennar (NYSE:LEN), one of the top two home builders in the USA, welcomes three new home consultants to its staff as the company continues to expand: Alicia Sipsy, Donna Brown and Anne Kriebel.

“Since we opened in 2010, we have built more than 1,200 homes in more than 30 residential communities throughout the metro Atlanta area,” says Ginny Bryant, Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Atlanta. “These three top-notch professionals have hit the ground running, assisting homebuyers who are looking for great Lennar homes - in particular in our new neighborhoods in Cobb, Forsyth and Cherokee.”

Alicia Sipsy, born and raised in West Cobb, has more than 10 years experience in new home sales with Edward Andrews Homes and Harry Norman Realtors, and has worked with various builder groups throughout Paulding and Cobb. When not helping buyers find their dream home, she enjoys playing golf and going on motorcycle rides with her husband. According to Sipsy: “I look forward to contributing my new home experience by empowering homeowners to invest in a Lennar home.”

She previously worked in new home sales with John Wieland Homes. She became part of the Lennar Atlanta team in the fall of 2014, and notes: “Lennar offers the utmost in quality construction, in the most desirable locations. Their traditional designs stand the test of time.”

Anne Kriebel, originally from the Philadelphia area, has worked as a general Real Estate Agent in the Atlanta area for 15 years, including two years on site at Brookhaven at Johns Creek, an active adult community. “I am thrilled to be with a national team that enjoys a great reputation,” she says about her decision to join Lennar Atlanta.
