Forsyth County Candidates Meet and Greet

A healthy crowd of candidates, customers and supporters ignored the threatening skies and attended a “Meet and Greet the Candidates” Friday at located in south Forsyth County. 

With the July 31 General Primary a week away, several of the candidates mingled with each other and customers in a relaxed setting discussing their platforms as well as some of the issues Forsyth County currently faces.

The candidates in attendance included:

• (incumbent, Forsyth County Commissioner, District 5)

• (candidate, Forsyth County Commissioner, District 2)

• (candidate, Forsyth County Magistrate)

• (candidate, State Representative, District 26)

• (candidate, Forsyth County Sheriff)

• (candidate, Forsyth County Commissioner, District 4)

• (candidate, Forsyth County Coroner)

• (candidate, Forsyth County Coroner)

• (incumbent, Forsyth County Sheriff)

• (candidate, Forsyth County Sheriff)

• (incumbent, Forsyth County Commissioner, District 2)
