Georgia Babysitter Charged With Cruelty After Baby Breaks Legs, Arm
Robin Capulin, of Hall County, didn't notify the 5-month-old's parents that anything had happened, police say.

GAINESVILLE, GA β A Hall County babysitter is in jail after a baby in her care turned up with two broken legs and a broken arm.
