Herman Cain brought his 9-9-9 message to nearby Milton on Sunday afternoon, attracting a crowd from Forsyth and surrounding counties who gave him a warm reception.

The Republican candidate for president gave a speech and signed his new book outside the Olde Blind Dog Irish Pub in Historic Crabapple.

The Oct. 2 event was also an official release for Cain's new book, "This is Herman Cain! My Journey to the White House."
