Participant must be a legal resident of the United States. Participant may not be a licensed Realtor.

Participant must accompany Participant’s Friend (“Friend”) to a Lennar Welcome Home Center.

Friend must complete a Lennar Registration form and Participant must complete a Hot Picks form.

The Friend may or may not be working with a Realtor. The Friend must pre-qualify with UAMC.

The Friend must close on a Hot Picks Home by or before April 24, 2015.
