Lennar Atlanta Is May Champion: Brings Home the Z

Lennar Atlanta, a division of Lennar (NYSE:LEN), the second-largest homebuilder in the U.S., celebrates its fifth anniversary in Atlanta in July – but the party has already started a little early: recently, the dedicated team of sales and operations professionals at Lennar Atlanta won Lennar’s “Z Values National Champions Flag” for May 2015.

ATL Is Bringing Home the Z:

This internal recognition is based on a number of criteria that pertain to all Lennar homebuilding divisions throughout the United States, including but not limited to:

· Providing customers with an outstanding Lennar experience

· Proper planning and time and resources management

· Focus on timely quality inspections

· Completing each phase of construction 100% on time

· Providing an even workflow for the entire division
