Meet Buddy Baron, an adoptable cuddle bug! Click here to find out more about Buddy.

Adopting is a rewarding experience for everyone, especially the animals. Please consider saving a life today!

Buddy Baron is an easy going, friendly Shih Tzu. If you dream of waking up to a handsome face with a wagging tail, then Buddy may be your man! Ten-pound Buddy is a great snuggler and loves pillow talk, but speak up because Buddy Baron has a bit of hearing loss. When you return home after a rough day at the office, Buddy will greet you warmly at the door and then flop at your feet for a belly rub. He will cuddle with you as you watch TV and he’ll never complain that the TV is too loud. Buddy was surrendered to Furkids due to the failing health of his previous owner. Furkids promised to place Buddy in a forever home where he will be properly cared for and loved. Buddy came to Furkids long overdue for a grooming but he cleaned up quite well and is eager to start a new life in his forever home. Buddy not only looks better but he feels better, too. Regular grooming is a must for this breed so please consider the time and expense required for grooming before choosing a Shih Tzu or other high maintenance breed.

Since Buddy Baron is 4 years old, his adoption fee is $275 unless you have a senior or military ID, then you get an extra 25% off! Furkids adoption fees for all dogs include the following: Bordetella vaccinations, a heartworm test, deworming, microchipping, flea treatment, and spaying or neutering, along with any other necessary medical care prior to adoption. Apply now to meet Buddy Baron at Furkids.org or email dogadoptions@furkids.org with questions.
