The Orchards Group Experiences Booming Sales at New Cumming Community

The Orchards of Stoney Point, a recent active adult development by The Orchards Group, has experienced a wave of sales even before any homes have been built.

This newest community by The Orchards Group will ultimately include 130 homes from two collections: the Southern Heritage Collection (58), and the Arbors Collection (72). Between the two collections, 42 homes have already sold, pushing sales to more than 30 percent of the total homes in the last 60 days.

Priced between the $270,000s and the $380,000s, these homes will reflect the active adult lifestyle that is a hallmark of other Orchards Group communities. Pre-sold homes are under construction now and closings are expected to begin in March 2015, while construction of the clubhouse and other amenities is scheduled to be complete by December.
