Roswell Man Killed in Head-On Collision
The victim was reportedly driving a racing go-kart on Castleberry Industrial Drive in Cumming.
CUMMING, GA -- A Roswell man was killed in a head-on collision with another vehicle on Thursday, authorities say.
John Cory Brown, 27, was driving west on Castleberry Industrial Drive, in Cumming, at about 5:40 p.m. Thursday when his vehicle was hit directly by another traveling east, said Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Epifanio Rodriguez in a news release.
Brown was driving a racing go-kart, according to a report in the Forsyth County News.

He was transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the other vehicle did not suffer any injuries, Rodriguez said.

The crash remained under investigation and no charges had been filed Friday morning.
