Sawnee Artists Association Monthly Meeting

The Sawnee Artist Association (SAA) is very happy to present SAA member Allen Money, Award Winning Artist, at the August 25th, SAA monthly meeting. Al will be demonstrating how he creates his beautiful wood turned bowls using exotic woods and semi-precious stones. A former Industrial Arts Teacher, Al’s earliest memories involved working with wood, from working with his grandfather in his workshop to finding his, “calling” in college. Now retired, Al continues his passion of woodworking by participating in local art shows and festivals.

Please join us at 6:00PM for light refreshments, 6:15PM for SAA business, 6:45 for member show and tell, followed by Ms. Smith at 7:00PM at Sexton Hall Enrichment Center, 2115 Chloe Rd, Cumming, GA 30041.
