The Johns Creek Alpharetta Drug Task Force issued a search warrant for a house on Tallant Road on May 14 in North Forsyth County.

As the detectives entered the house, they could hear the toilet being flushed multiple times, the department said. At the bathroom door, they encountered Oliver who they already had a warrant for the sale of methamphetamine.

Not to be outdone, the detectives contacted a local septic tank company to come out and assist, officials said. Once the company arrived and the lid was removed from the septic tank, the detectives were able to locate a "good quantity" of suspected methamphetamine in four sealed plastic bags right at the entrance of where the pipe from the house feeds into the tank.

Oliver and Sizemore were then arrested and held without bond at the Forsyth County Jail.
