Yikes!

Realtor Maria Sebastian knows where a grave has been emptied in the woods.  A body is found in the Chattahoochee River.  She's going to lose the buyer if she can't convince authorities the two are tied together, as well as the commission.
  Maria's cousin has supplied her with a Guatamalan/French/English speaking parrot who blurts out words that border on the pornographic.  The cousin also supplies Romanian girls through the revolving door called her house.
