Driver in Ga. 316 Rollover Crash Dies from Injuries

The driver who was ejected in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday on Ga. 316 has died, according to media reports.

Shawn L. Bailey, 39, of Marietta, who was reportedly not restrained in his SUV, died at the hospital from his injuries, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. A 37-year-old woman and 14-year-old boy suffered minor injuries, the newspaper reported.

The rollover wreck happened on westbound Ga. 316 near Sugarloaf Parkway.
