3 Charged In Killing Of Man Left For Dead While Duct Taped

Authorities say Stiles Stilley had been dead for at least two days before his body was found.

LITHIA SPRINGS, GA — Three people have been charged in the death of Stiles Stilley, who was found dead Sept. 18 in the 2700 block of East County Line Road, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities said Stilley had been bound with duct tape and had been dead for a couple of days before his body was found.

It is unknown how Stilley died or how the body was found.

Elizabeth Allen, 22, Marshall Fleming, 23, and Daniel Gillstrap, 42, were arrested and charged in the case during a two-week investigation, according to the sheriff's office.

A motive was not released.

Fleming and Gillstrap are charged on suspicion of aggravated assault, murder, motor vehicle theft and kidnapping with bodily injury, according to jail records.

Allen is charged on suspicion of murder and party to a crime, according to jail records.

They are being held in the Douglas County Jail without bond.
