Atlanta's Finest Joins Chairman's Club
The mission of the Chairman's Club is to convene community-minded, senior level business people to be visionaries for the Chamber and a voice for business in our community.

The Douglas County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its newest member of the 2012 Chairman’s Club: Lorie Bomar, Owner of Atlanta’s Finest Catering. The mission of the Chairman's Club is to convene community-minded, senior level business people to be visionaries for the Chamber and a voice for business in our community.
Lorie Bomar is the mastermind behind Atlanta’s Finest Catering–a multi-service family owned catering company based out of Douglasville. If you have attended a wedding, anniversary, birthday party, board meeting or luncheon, chances are Ms. Bomar catered it. Lorie and her staff provide a one stop shop for all your catering needs from food, linens, and bar services, to flowers and wedding cakes. With an extensive variety of foods ranging from collard greens to sushi, Atlanta’s Finest strives to serve you and your family.

In 2009 Atlanta’s Finest took their catering to the next level by opening their own event facility at the Old Rock Inn building in Winston. In 2010, Atlanta’s Finest Catering was awarded the Chamber’s Small Business of the Year Award and in 2011 Bomar received the Chamber Spirit Award.
“For my business, Chamber membership is all about exposure, exposure, exposure," Bomar said. "The return on investment is above and beyond any organization I have been a part of. Being a member for me is not just the ROI, but the lifelong friendships I have made are enough to keep me coming back for more. You get out of it what you put into it and when you stay connected is when the magic happens!”

The Chairman's Club represents businesses and individuals who have chosen to go the extra mile in their support for the Chamber and its mission; they do so because they believe that the voice of business must be heard. They are also leaders who invest time and money toward the job creation, quality of life, workforce development and marketing goals of the community. These top decision-makers develop valuable relationships among key business and political leaders and lend expertise on issues critical to their corporate goals and to the community's growth and development.
