She was born November 3, 1936 in Bradford, Alabama to the late William Felton Newton and Dorothy Wadsworth Newton. She was a member of the Crusselle-Freeman Church of the Deaf.In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Earl Twilley.Survivors are her daughter and son-in-law: Susan T. and Ernie Garner of Villa Rica; grandchildren: Heather Garner, Will Garner and Owen Garner.Funeral Service will be held Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM from Hightower's Memorial Chapel, with Assistant Pastor David Spencer officiating.
