RESOLUTION
- Resolution requesting the Douglas County Local Delegation to pass legislation renaming the Lee Road Bridge to the Captain Herb Emory Memorial Bridge.
CONSENT AGENDA

- Authorization to amend the annual contract for Juvenile Conflict Attorneys Carolyn Altman and Melinda Cowan and authorize the Chairman to execute said contracts.
- Authorization to accept a grant from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council in the amount of $41,338.00 to be used to provide services to youth for delinquency prevention and treatment to low risk offenders, authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents and amend the budget.
- Authorization to accept a donation in the amount of $3,500.00 and amend the Fire/EMS Department’s 2015 budget.
- Authorization to accept funds from the Sheriff’s Office Special Projects Account in the amount of $2,712.39 for the International Conference of Police Chaplains Training Seminar being hosted by the DCSO in March 2015.
- Authorization to award bid for concrete materials to Wayne Davis Concrete Company as the primary vendor and to Argos Ready Mix, LLC as the secondary vendor for the period of January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
- Approval of a Change Order submitted by Sports Turf in the amount of $4,785.00 for the development of erosion control plans and land disturbance permitting at the Boundary Waters Park Football Field.
- Authorization to award bid for gravel materials to Vulcan Materials and Blue Grass as vendors for the period of January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
- Approval for the architectural design of the new Douglas County Animal Shelter as submitted by Carter Watkins Architects Associates, Inc. and recommended by the Douglas County Animal Control Advisory Board.
- Authorization to amend employment contracts for Scott Spencer and Kim Ransom and authorize the Chairman to sign all documents.
BUSINESS
- Appointment of Carter Brannon to the Cemetery Preservation Commission effective immediately.
- Appointment of John Sell and reappointment of Nick Byers, Walter Hudson, Gary Miller, and James Wren to the Development Authority of Douglas County effective immediately.
NEW BUSINESS
- Authorization to reclassify three (3) employees from part time to full time within the Animal Control/Animal Shelter department and amend the budget accordingly.
