I witnessed a vehicle pass approx. 17 vehicles on the shoulder of Burnt Hickory and Bankhead Hwy this morning. City of Douglasville Police vehicle 4202 was directly in front of me. Do you think the perp received a ticket? No! Small violation, but a violation none the less. If this driver continues to pass vehicles this way because he/she is in too big of a hurry to wait their turn in traffic someone is going to get hurt. I understand that everyone can't be caught, but officer 4202 didn't even act on this obvious violation! Shame on you Vehicle 4202!
