Is That a 1st World Problem or a Real Issue You Are Stressing About?
I think we should all take 2 seconds after we complain about something to ask ourselves if the problem is really that big a deal.

I was complaining to a friend at work about a change that google made which means I have to have an additional browser open to do a task at work. I was really worked up about it. He responded to me over gchat with one term "#1stworldproblems". I thought about it and he was correct. (A 1stworldproblem is something that is a minor annoyance to us but a problem a truly disadvantaged person would love to have.) While it's an annoyance, it wasn't something that should've gotten me that upset. Numerous medical stuides have shown how stress negatively impacts our health and happiness. Most of us have real issues that rightly cause us stress, kids, unemployment, value of our homes, etc... With all those legitimate issues to stress about why do we add to our stress with issues that just really aren't that big of a deal? I've started to try and stop myself each time I get upset about something and ask myself, is this a 1stworldproblem or a real issue that I need to worry about. When you get a moment do a search on twitter for #1stworldproblems for a good laugh. If you scroll long enough you will see something that relates to you. I wrote this hoping that people will try and de-stress themselves because the more people in my community that are tranquil and chillin the easier it will be for me to de-stress. Think about it and give me some examples of things you have identified as 1stworldproblems.
