New Hope Project - What Are We About? Women receive Job Training, Life Skills Development and guidance necessary to assist them with physical, social, emotional, mental and spiritual development.
Have a look at the New Hope Project Event June 11th, 2011! The day was a wonderful success. As we move forward to a new and renewed organization, we look forward to improved programs and classes, additional new coursework, etc. We are seeking new students for the program so please pass the word about New Hope Project and if you know of women in need please send them to see us!

The Hope Project is a holistic program comprised of seven components:
(1) Development of a principle based foundation, biblical studies, speaker testimonies

(2) A psychological life assessment, with life coaching, and goal setting
(3) Life skills training including; health, finances, time and crisis management, communication, legal rights and responsibilities
(4) Job preparation training inclusive of; Mavis Beacon typing, Windows Vista and Microsoft Office Suite 07 and other software programs as they become available. Also included are resume and cover letter preparation and job interview skills training.
(5) Hope Project success metrics tracking student’s skills and employment successes for both pre and post graduation
(6) One year External Internship and life coaching for continued growth. Support is complete with volunteer opportunities, utilizing technology and other relative skill sets, to assist program graduates in gaining inter-personal confidence, skills and references, referrals, and job leads for prospective employers. (7) External Internships with partner organizations to provide broadened skill sets and referral based references.
The Hope Project is designed to accommodate up to ten students for each enrolled class so that close personal attention can be provided to meet the needs of individual students. Remember we are a team working together to better each other. Learning teaming skills will make you a retainable, more promotable and valued employee.

History:
The program began July 23, 2001 and has graduated numerous classes and hundreds of women have received Job Training, Life Skills Development and the guidance necessary to assist them with physical, social, emotional, mental and spiritual development. These all work together to provide the skills necessary for a more productive life and career.
