Hightower's Memorial Chapel and Cremation Service is pleased to announce the December 2012 and January 2013 recipients of the Outstanding Citizen of the Month Program.  The program recognizes one senior from each of Douglas County's five high schools.  The students all exhibit good character, integrity, morals as well as participation in school and community activities. Each student receives a plaque and a check for $50.00 from Hightower's Memorial Chapel and Cremation Service.  These students are all elligible for the Outstanding Citizens of the Year award at the conclusion of the school year.  These recipients receive a trophy and a check for $500 from Hightower's Memorial Chapel and Cremation Service.  There is one senior from each high school in the county chosen to receive this prestigious award.
