Even if your wallet feels pretty thin from all the holiday shopping, you can still enjoy a movie this weekend--and it won't cost you a dime. The Church at Chapel Hill is inviting the community to view its brand-new feature film, Surrendered, and admission is free. Surrendered: The Story of Jay Harding, was written, produced, and directed by members of the church, and made for a budget of around $15,000. Filmed in the west Atlanta area, the movie tells the story of a father and husband, played by church staff member David McIntyre, who faces a big decision at Christmastime--and nearly loses everything he holds dear.
