DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A brawl broke out at the Douglas County Chambers' 7th Annual Corn Hole Tournament at Foxhall Resort Sunday. The tournament, put on by Advancing Modern Professionals, or AMP'D, is held to benefit annual leadership scholarships that are presented to local high school seniors who demonstrate outstanding leadership and community service potential and to young professionals seeking to continue their education.

According to WSB-TV reporting, the players had a disagreement about the score.
Alex Cannon, who published the fight on YouTube Monday, called the event, "Beers and Brawls - Redneck Edition."

Douglas County Chamber president Sara Ray said a small group of people shouldn't diminish the event's success over the years.

"The Douglas County Chamber is proud of its successful history supporting and promoting local business and our community as a whole," she said. "The Chamber supports its efforts through various events through the year. This event, the Cornhole Tournament, specifically raises funds for scholarships for outstanding high school students and rising young professionals. It is unfortunate that an event that has been so successful in providing scholarships for students and young professionals for the past seven years was overshadowed by a small group of people acting inappropriately. We hope our long history of effective work speaks more loudly than this incident."
