Join Audrey Brookshire, with Safe Haven Wellness, for a one-hour, all-levels, yoga class while 12 Alpacas roam free amongst us. The class is rejuvenating, dynamic and relaxing. This is an all-levels class, as modifications will be introduced for beginners through advanced. This is a truly unforgettable and unique experience. Embrace the powerful benefits of traditional yoga, nature and animal therapy. 🍹**After, stay for mimosas or juice on us! Hang out with the beautiful creatures for a bit. 🚫**Please do not bring any glass items to the farm. ⏰**Please arrive ONLY 10-15 minutes early to fill out a general liability waiver, COVID-19 waiver and find a spot for your mat. 🧘Please bring a mat. 🧘🏽‍♂️You may want to bring a towel for underneath your mat, as we will be in a field. We encourage you to bring a water bottle. 👗Please check the weather. Dress accordingly. We will warm up quickly during class! ☔️Come rain 🌧 or shine☀️, if raining we can do it in our open air barn!

Join us for a cozy afternoon that blends movement, conversation, and connection. Poses &amp; Pages begins with a 50-minute yoga flow to help you unwind and settle in, followed by a relaxed book discussion with herbal tea and comfy vibes.
Participants will read the selected book ahead of time, then gather to share thoughts, reflections, and favorite moments , no pressure, just good conversation. Choose to relax on your mat or curl up in an aerial hammock as we sip tea and connect.
