The holidays can be especially difficult after the loss of a loved one. GriefShare’s Surviving the Holidays is a special two-hour seminar designed to help you navigate the unique challenges of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the holiday season while grieving.
Through a helpful video featuring grief experts and people who have experienced loss, practical guidance, and supportive discussion, you’ll learn ways to cope with difficult emotions, changing traditions, social gatherings, and other challenges the holidays may bring. There is no pressure to share—come, listen, and receive encouragement and hope for the season ahead.
