Coronavirus: Update On Douglasville City Operations In Response To COVID-19

To help slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), beginning Wednesday, March 18, the City of Douglasville is closing City facilities to the public. The facilities include City Hall (including Community Development located in City Hall Annex), Municipal Court, Douglasville Conference Center, Welcome Center and all City Parks Facilities.

Essential City Services, including Public Safety and Sanitation services, will remain operational. Recycling services have been suspended, however.
Staff at City Hall and other City buildings will continue to report on-site but will only be available to the public electronically or via telephone at 770-920-3000. All City contact information and online services will be available through the City of Douglasville website at www.DouglasvilleGA.gov.
