Detour Starts Tuesday, SR 92 At Mozley Street Rail Crossing

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation and Northfolk Southern will close the rail crossing at State Route 92 and Mozley Street to construct a new rail underpass and realign the existing tracks, Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018 through Friday, Feb. 9.

Fairburn Road (SR 92) northbound to US 78/Bankhead Highway east to Municipal Parkway north to Industrial Access Road/Malone Road west to Dallas Highway (SR 92) north. Dallas Highway (SR 92) southbound to Malone Road/Industrial Access Road east to Municipal Parkway south to US 78/Bankhead Highway west to Fairburn Road (SR 92) south.

Dates may change due to weather or other factors. Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution, and reduce their speed while traveling through work zones.
