Douglas Cops Seeking Stolen Pressure Washers

Two industrial pressure washers were stolen from the same Douglasville location on different dates, Douglas County Sheriff's deputies say.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Industrial-sized pressure washers aren't the first thing to come to mind when you're thinking about items susceptible to theft.

But that's just what Douglas County authorities are looking for after, not one, but two washers were stolen on separate occasions from a Douglasville business.

Between April 21-24, the sheriff's office says a trailer holding a pressure washer was stolen from 475 Riverside Pkwy. Then, on May 7, another trailer with another pressure washer was taken from the same location.

Surveillance images show that the vehicle that took the trailer on May 7 appears to be a blue, Mitsubishi Montero. Before the theft, an unidentified white male was seen walking around the location's fenced-in lot, sheriff's deputies say.

Anyone with information about the crimes, or who has been similarly victimized, is urged to contact investigator Jamie Fowler with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office at 770-920-4992 or 770-949-5656.
