* NOTICE OF ANNUAL BUDGET RETREAT The Douglas County Board of Commissioners will hold a Budget Retreat Part 2 Meeting on Thursday, November 18th, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until approximately 3:00 p.m. at the Dog River Library, 6100 Hwy 5, Douglasville, GA.  No action will take place during this meeting.   No action will take place during this meeting.
