Douglas County Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A Douglas County man was killed Sunday night when he ran his motorcycle into another vehicle.

According to the Georgia State Patrol, Roberto Santos, 23, was riding his motorcycle at 8:42 p.m. Sunday in the left lane of Ga. 92. A Mercedes driven by Tensley Cofer, 51, of Atlanta, turned left onto the highway from Mt. Vernon Road and the motorcycle struck the car, the GSP said.

Santos was killed in the crash. A state patrol spokesperson said charges in the case were still pending Monday morning as investigators continued to look into the collision.
