Douglas County School System To Host Teacher Recruitment Fair
The Douglas County School System will host a teacher recruitment fair, looking for outstanding educators to make an impact on students.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — The Douglas County School System is looking for great educators ready to inspire the next generation of leaders. The system will be hosting a Teacher Recruitment and Transfer Fair March 15 at 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the Chapel Hill High School Gymnasium located at 4899 Chapel Hill Road. Douglas County will also have recruitment team members at the following upcoming College Career Fair events:
University of West Georgia, Feb. 21
Spelman College, Feb. 21

Positions are currently available for exceptional teachers committed to providing an excellent learning experience for Douglas County students. “We are committed to bringing the best and brightest teachers into our school system,” said Superintendent Trent North. “Douglas County is an extraordinary place to teach. We hope by attracting and hiring the best educators, we can continue to positively impact the academic success of all of our students.”
Recruiters will be on hand at the event to answer applicant’s questions about the school district and current openings. Job candidates must hold or be eligible for Georgia Teacher Certification. Those attending either recruitment event are advised to bring plenty of resumes and appropriate teaching credential documentation.
