DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A Douglasville man is in jail after being arrested last week in Alabama with nearly $4 million in cash and a stolen gun in his car.Thomas Shane Randler, 41, was arrested last Tuesday on Alabama's Interstate 22, senior state Trooper Reginal King <a href="http://www.al.com/news/birmingham/index.ssf/2016/09/georgia_man_arrested_more_than.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">told AL.com</a>.Randler was pulled over in a traffic stop at about 3 p.m. that day.
