Douglasville Names New Parks & Recreation Director
Travis Landrum most recently worked for the city of Smyrna.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — The former interim director of parks in Smyrna is set to take over the same role in Douglasville.
Douglasville City Council this week named Travis Landrum the city's new Parks and Recreation director.
"I'm beyond excited and definitely ready to hit the ground running and take this department to new heights," Landrum said at Tuesday's council meeting.

Landrum graduated from The University of South Carolina and has worked for Charlotte-Mecklenburg, N.C., Columbus, Ga., and most recently as deputy and interim director of parks for Smyrna.
Landrum will lead a team of 53 full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees.
