Douglasville PD: Victims Left Valuables on Seat in Recent Car Break-Ins

In the ”we should know better” category, here’s another example of why you shouldn’t leave valuables in your car.

Douglasville Police say there have been several car break-ins during the past week in both neighborhoods and businesses.

All had one thing in common:

“Every car broken into had an item of value or a purse/bag sitting on the seat,” DPD said on Facebook.

In other words: Don’t be a victim.
