Douglasville Police To Host Fall Festival
The event will feature kids activities and games, live music, a "touch a truck" area and food trucks and booths.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — The Douglasville Police Department will be hosting a Fall Festival and Safety Expo on Saturday.
The event is set for 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Douglasville Public Safety Complex at 2083 Fairburn Rd. in Douglasville.
The festival will feature food trucks, arts and crafts and vendor booths, live music and a kids' area that will include games and prizes, a bounce house and slides.

There will be a costume contest for all ages at 2:30 p.m.
The event also will feature a "touch a truck" area with vehicles from local law enforcement and fire departments, building tours, community resources and safety information and K-9 unit demonstrations.

Admission is free and visitors are invited to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the police department's toy drive.
