On Wednesday, July 4, 2012, S.H.A.R.E. House will host its Annual Festival in the Park BB-Q to the RES-Q at Hunter Park. The festival will begin immediately after Douglasville’s Downtown 4th of July Parade. You and your family will experience a day full of fun that includes:
- Plenty of food, including barbeque pork
- Carnival, face painting, and RAFFLE!!!
- Concession stand and snow cones
- Douglasville’s Famous Idol/Talent Contest begins at 11:30
- Political Speeches from our local politicians

Admission to the festival is FREE; the barbeque meals are $7 and can be purchased up at the United Community Bank on Church Street in Douglasville. The event begins at 11:00AM (following the parade) and concludes at 4:00PM. Come enjoy this family festival and share a fun filled day for a good cause!

S.H.A.R.E. House is a non-profit organization providing crisis intervention and the continuum of care to address the causes and effects of family violence. The crisis intervention center primarily serves the Douglas/Paulding communities and has been operating since 1990. All proceeds raised during the festival will support S.H.A.R.E. House.
