4-Week Relaxation Yoga Session
This 4-week session will focus on relaxation breathing and postures to promote a healthy back. Each class is sixty minutes and taught using the YogaFit method. The YogaFit style is based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga. It blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.
