Facilities Maintenance Manager Needed

DeNyse Signs of Douglasville is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance of our approximately 106,000 sq. foot manufacturing facility. This includes directing and coordinating the activities of workers in the maintenance department, and maintaining the building, grounds, utility systems, equipment and tools at the facility through both a scheduled preventative maintenance program and repair as needed.

Requirements:

• Applicant should have five plus years experience in Facilities Maintenance Management in a manufacturing environment.
• Carpentry - understanding of carpentry practices, methods and standards.
• Electrical - perform basic electrical installation and repair work in wiring, and inspects electrical systems for unsafe conditions. Certification a plus.
• Plumbing - identifies and performs basic repairs of plumbing leaks, clogs, maintains and monitors plumbing system.
• Grounds Maintenance - ability to maintain grounds as needed and necessary and/or oversee grounds maintenance staff.
