He is considered the at-fault driver, Young said, and no charges will be filed against the truck driver.The name of the deceased man is not being released until the next of kin is notified.Check back for updates.The Douglas County Sheriff's Office said two northbound lanes on Thornton Road were closed.Check back for updates.
