Ferdinand Peter 'Fred' Leo, 73, of Douglasville
He worked as an Industrial engineer for the FAA and later owned and operated his own industrial equipment leasing business.

Ferdinand Peter “Fred” Leo, age 73, of Douglasville, passed away, March 31, 2015. He was born January 31, 1942 in Bronx, New York to the late Alfonse Leo and the late Elvira DePasquale Leo. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech. He worked as an Industrial Engineer for the Federal Aviation Administration and later owned and operated his own industrial equipment leasing business. He was a member of the St. John Vianney Catholic Church. He loved working with wood and creating fine furniture.
Survivors are his wife of 52 years, Beverlee Lenner Leo of Douglasville; daughter and son-in-law: Lorraine Leo Smith and her husband, David of Huntsville, AL; son: Antony Leo of Seattle, WA; sister and brother-in-law: Elena Cuoco and her husband, Frank of Gilette, New Jersey; brother and sister-in-law: John Leo and his wife, Kathy of Nashville, TN; grandchildren: Alyson Smith and Harrison Smith.

Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM from St. John Vianney Catholic Church, with Father Jude Michael Krill officiating.
In accordance with his wishes, his body will be cremated following the service.
