She was born Oct. 30, 1966 in East Point, GA.Kimberly was a volunteer at Loving Hands.She was preceded in death by her brother, Chuck Singleton. She is survived by her parents, Denny and Brenda Singleton; birth mother and step-father, Faye and Jimmie James and sister, Jennifer; brother, Mack 'Chip' Singleton; sister, Rusti Riggs and husband Steve; grandmother, Wilma Barlow; nieces and nephews, Major Singleton, Casey and Mica Whitley, Erin Whitley, Jesse Riggs, and Clinton Riggs; great-nieces, Tatianna and Miora Whitley; long-time companion, Gilbert Dailey. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 4 to 8 p.m. Her graveside service will be Thursday, Sept. 19 at 11 a.m. at Sunrise Memorial Gardens with Rev.
